Harmon Livingston, P.Eng.

Team

Harmon is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Manitoba. He has also earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Manitoba. He is a highly knowledgeable and diligent team member, and is always focused on seeing positive results for his clients. Having completed hundreds of reserve fund studies and property condition assessments, Harmon’s roles have included project management, portfolio management and site assessments. He has produced detailed reports for energy audits, reserve fund studies, and building condition assessments. Harmon has further expanded his duties and responsibilities, and his training, skills, and attention to detail make him an asset on our teams and help ensure our clients get the best care possible.

Leo has over eight years of consulting experience in the fields of facility assessment, Building Science and Reserve Fund Studies. He provides technical writing, site assessment input and project management skills into a variety of physical projects. During his career, Leo focused on the assessment of commercial, residential and industrial properties for various clientele, including financial institutions, property owners/developers, real estate investment trusts, government-related entities, and other clients for financing, acquisition/disposition due diligence, and capital renewal purposes. His projects have provided physical assessment of capital components for over 850 properties. His responsibilities include client management and liaison, budget management and interpretation of field investigation results for mortgage financing and capital planning assessments. In addition, he completes a number of various building envelope investigations which lead to projects involving physical improvements.

Léo Jr. Nicolas, M.Sc, P.Ag, CIH

Leo Nicolas

Mr. Léo Jr. Nicolas is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with over 15 years of consulting experience. He has worked for several consulting companies located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, such as Winnipeg Air Testing, Stantec and Pinchin. Throughout his career, he has performed occupational hygiene work such as asbestos, mould, indoor air quality, noise, welding fume, volatile organic compounds, wood dust, etc. for industrial, commercial, health care and residential clients, ranging from Alberta to Ontario. He has also been involved in managing client projects related to obtaining either LEED or BOMA BESt credits.

Mr. Nicolas graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours in Microbiology and Master of Science in Soil Science, both from the University of Manitoba. His field of expertise includes performing assessments, consulting and project management responsibilities in the field of occupational health and safety and environmental services.  Mr. Nicolas is also fluent in French and is able to communicate and provide all of the listed services in French.
