Property Condition Assessments
Property Condition Assessments (PCA’s), also referred to as Building Condition Assessments (BCA’s), are often required when a commercial property is acquired, sold or refinanced through a financial institution. An evaluation of their working conditions can be performed by HLC Consulting’s Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) to determine the worker’s exposure to these various substances.
